Splash Car Wash Express

This is the best car wash I’ve ever been too in Binghamton! You have to check it out! Free vacuum and you can clean your car carpets here! Shout out to Camron for having great customer service skills. I will be back!

It doesn't actually do well in its sole purpose of washing the car. It doesn't get the back door of a crossover/wagon well at all. Nor does it do well getting bug splatter off of the front bumper. I've also never personally experienced or seen a car come out of it dry

Extra dissatisfied this year with splash car wash on front st In Binghamton - today was the last time I will visit there extremely disappointed with results of car washes especially today!! Have bird droppings down passenger side of my car asked attendant to please hose alittle prior to going thru wash (never happened) after wash bird droppings were still down the side of my car so I went back around explaining again and asking this time to hose ( again he did not) and that I was just thru the wash after second time thru droppings still there!! Came home tried calling for hours to cancel subscription was on hold any where from 22 - 47 minutes with no one ever picking up!!

The manager of this Upper Front St. Splash location is the best. I had some issues and he worked everything out for me cheerfully and quickly. Thank you Dylan, you are top-notch! Having said that, be aware that once this company has your credit card number they make it hard to stop the monthly draw on your account. I bought a month subscription and was told I could cancel any time using my license plate #. I called to cancel and the robots, after asking me to press multiple buttons if I wanted to cancel my subscription, finally admitted that it is in fact not actually possible to cancel by phone. I went online. The only option for finding my account was by using my phone #, which didn't work. I then tried the robot chat. The bot demanded my email address and said I'd hear back. I did not hear back. So if you have issues and are willing to drive all the way to the location to resolve them, ask for Dylan and he will make your day. There is, however, a reason that Splash has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.

A good worthy competitor to Hoffmans. More locations and reasonable pricing. License scanning, although inconsistent, is less intrusive than the hoffman sticker. Never waiting long for assistance at gate when needed. Always friendly & patient, even with difficult customers witnessed ahead of me. Wash also seems less 'hard', good or bad. Mirrors collaps at Hoffmans, not at Splash. Overall I would recommend. Thank you.
